The Çengelköy Cadde Project Sales Office is located on Prof. Dr. Beynun Akyavaş Street, a prominent location in Üsküdar. Initially serving as the sales office for the Çengelköy Cadde Residences that we designed, the building is now an office with a diverse function. This single-story building features a curtain wall system. The transparent facades create movement through the vertical placement of horizontal aluminum frames at different levels, while the blind facade features a spiral roof covering that extends to the ground. The building's shell, roof, and facade are perceived as a unified whole.
