Çengelköy Residences is a 10-block residential complex designed in the Çengelköy neighborhood of Üsküdar, Istanbul. Located in a prime location near the Bosphorus, the project's orientation was determined based on parameters such as views, sunlight, wind, and slope. Common areas include a swimming pool, park, and sports facilities. Water features serve as guiding elements and support the landscape design. The horizontal effect of the large windows is continued by glass railings, and the eaves of the roofs also contribute to this horizontal effect. Vertically placed wooden sunshades and window frames create a contrasting horizontal effect on the facade.

The apartments in the two different block types prioritize variety, aiming for flexible, functional, and modern solutions. Spacious living areas are designed and oriented towards a common garden resembling a courtyard. In contrast to the inward-facing facades, which contain living rooms and balconies, smaller windows are used on the outward-facing facades, which contain bedrooms. Considering the different uses of the living areas, fewer openings were left. Functionality is reflected in the facade movements.
