The project is located in the Ömerli area of Çekmeköy district in Istanbul. Situated in a green area, it offers a connection to city life but is isolated from the crowded and complex urban areas of the city. This site, comprising 24 detached houses, creates a unique residential area designed to meet the needs of modern living. Offering a peaceful sanctuary within nature, the project also allows access to the amenities of city life. Internal streets have been created for transportation and interaction between the residential blocks, and a communal swimming pool has been placed in the center of the complex.

Each residential unit consists of spacious rooms. High ceilings give the spaces a feeling of spaciousness and airiness, while the materials and details used in the design give the residences a contemporary look. The mass composition is created by staggering the placement of two floors with gable roofs. The upper floor of the building is positioned further forward than the ground floor and also serves as an overhang covering the ground floor terrace. Common social areas located in the center of the settlement host various activities such as outdoor events, children's playgrounds, and relaxation areas.
