Situated amidst nature in the Gündoğan neighborhood of Bodrum, this residential project is designed as a space suitable for year-round living, offering distinct experiences across all four seasons. Taking the local climate into account, the layout of the units integrates living areas and rooms with semi-open and open spaces. The design incorporates terraces and swimming pools, complemented by functional garden areas at various elevations that strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor environments. These gardens are woven into the site’s unique landscape, characterized by its native vegetation, rocky terrain, and lush greenery. The choice of materials for the building facades was also guided by the intent to preserve this natural aesthetic.
