Bursa Thermal Hotel

Hotel

2025

Tourism facilities are designed drawing inspiration from the character of the region in which they are located. The hotel designed in Bursa was conceived as a conceptual project, incorporating a main building and various accommodation types, all designed to be in harmony with the context. Internal and external connecting paths, as well as short and long walking trails, were designed to provide accessibility throughout the project by connecting to the social areas created within the facility. In addition to the main building and accommodation types, the facility also includes caravan and camping areas. The aim was to create a project that would meet the needs of different user types with these diverse accommodation options.

The project, consisting of three phases – a thermal hotel, a tent area, and a caravan camping area – aimed to reduce congestion at the main building's entrance by adding separate entrances to the tent and caravan camping areas. The sloping roof system of the structures ensured harmony between the main building and the accommodation types, and the materials used on the facade created a holistic design approach encompassing every part of the project.
