Emporium

Office

2026

In urban settlements, healthcare facilities influence their surroundings and can shape the functions of nearby buildings. Similar structures serving or supporting the healthcare facility may be located in its immediate vicinity. Emporium is a residential project designed in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, on Osmangazi Street, opposite the Sancaktepe City Hospital. Located next to the Sancaktepe metro station, the ground floor of the buildings is dedicated to commercial functions, while the structure consists of two floors above ground. The commercial units on the ground floor can serve the users of the hospital or the local community.

The project consists of two blocks with a mirror-like floor plan. Access to the residences is provided from the reception area located between the two blocks. Vehicles reach the parking level via ramps descending from the rear of the building. An open parking area is planned at the front facing Osmangazi Street. The project includes 50 residences, 2 offices, and 14 commercial units. The independent units, offering alternative 1+1 and 2+1 apartment solutions, can be converted for use as medical practices or home offices. The first floor of the building features spacious terrace areas, while the second floor provides access to these open spaces through balconies.
