Bodrum, a district of Muğla, is one of the most visited provinces, especially during the summer months, and hosts a large and diverse range of users from both within Turkey and abroad. The design area, located near Bitez in Bodrum, holds a significant position due to its location and proximity to the beach. The hotel's design, catering to a large clientele, aims to meet the needs of both summer and winter visitors. The hotel includes a restaurant, pool and relaxation areas, common social spaces, and, due to its location on the sea, a pier and a beach.

The building's elevation system maximizes the use of the view. Furthermore, the horizontal landscape movement is reflected on the facade, and the continuity of greenery is emphasized by using terraces in a vertical position. The materials used on the facade were selected considering their relationship with the building's design context, incorporating wood and natural stone. Different floor plans and private terrace and pool access are also included. The design is tailored to the needs of different user types, integrating seamlessly with its surroundings.
