When initiating architectural projects, a thorough analysis of the site reveals both its potential and its constraints. Determining how these factors can positively contribute to the character of a structure is a crucial design decision. A case in point is the Yeşil Mavi Residences, where the core design principle was to create a project that draws from the characteristics of its locale—adding value to the area and making it truly memorable. In this context, an evaluation of the site data highlighted the terrain's slope as a key factor in shaping the design. To transform what might otherwise be perceived as a disadvantage into an asset, the building blocks were arranged in a series of rhythmically ascending terraces.
