The scale of this urban transformation project in Ordu is quite remarkable compared to other projects. The project's aim is not only to focus on urban transformation but also to create a holistic housing system where the city and its inhabitants can be integrated, and where they can connect with the streets. Located in a central area, the design strengthens its relationship with its context and is designed to meet the needs of its users.

The area, originally consisting of 10 parcels, has been reduced to 6 parcels through the addition of connecting axes and the creation of suitable parcel combinations, making it both more usable and more accessible for the project design. Designed without exceeding the height limits of surrounding buildings, the project maintains harmony with its environment; its facade materials and design style distinguish it from other structures. Its plan layout offers different types and sizes of options to cater to different user types.
