Designed in Bahçelievler—one of Ankara’s prominent neighborhoods—this structure serves as an intersection point, rooted in the relationship between the local community and the educational sphere. Situated on a site previously occupied by an old wholesale market building, the project emphasizes regional harmony by incorporating traces specific to its context; this is achieved, in part, through an internal "street" that cuts across the building’s mass. The lush greenery characteristic of the Bahçelievler streetscape extends upward along the building’s facades. Meanwhile, the internal street—which divides the complex into two distinct structures—widens as it approaches the entrances, transforming into a public square that connects two separate streets.
