This is a villa-residential complex project designed in the Çekmeköy district of Istanbul. Located in Reşadiye, it offers easy access to city life but is isolated from the hustle and bustle of urban life, providing a private space close to nature amidst a wooded environment. The project comprises 36 residences, designed to cater to diverse user types while maintaining a harmonious blend of design and layout. Comprising three different types, the project emphasizes the "independent living concept connected to the site life" for each unit. Living spaces within the residences are designed with flexible layouts and high ceilings.

Considering the project area as a whole, spatial elements such as the pool, park, and shared social areas are centrally located, ensuring equal accessibility to all block types. The relationships between the gardens, located at different levels within the units, and their connection to neighboring structures are developed based on the understanding that the garden concept in independent living ensures the continuity of the interior life of the residence and creates an interface with the connected site life. Each block in the designed layout types has its own allocated parking area.
